At Career Counselling Compass, we strive to offer high-quality career counseling services. Due to the nature of these services, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been rendered. However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If the counseling services were not delivered due to technical issues on our side.
• If the service was significantly different from what was promised.
• NO REFUND IS APPLICABLE FOR COLLEGE AND RANK PREDICTOR PLANS.

Refund requests must be made within 5 days of the purchase of counseling plans, and no services should be availed by the user during that period.

2. Cancellation Policy

Career Counselling Compass reserves the right to cancel any counseling plans at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• Inability to Deliver: If we are unable to fulfill the counseling requirement due to technical or managerial issues.
• Violation of Terms: If the user attempts to exploit the system in a manner that violates our Terms of Use.
• NO CANCELLATION IS APPLICABLE FOR COLLEGE AND RANK PREDICTOR PLANS.

We will ensure that any communication regarding order cancellation, as well as any applicable refunds, will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
